This Hydration-Boosting Tea Will Fuel You All Day Long

If coffee is the main beverage you’re sipping on all day, every day, it might be time to switch things up. When it comes to keeping your body properly hydrated, Anna Farkas, a holistic health coach, says iced tea is the way to go.

“You’ll get a jolt of energy without the acidity coffee has,” she said in a cooking class for Intuition. “Coffee also dehydrates the body—it’s a diuretic. This iced tea, on the other hand, is a great way to stay hydrated.”

This isn’t just your everyday plain tea, though—it’s something you’ll actually look forward to drinking. Aside from green tea, this drink also includes blackberries (which are packed with vitamins), honey (which has antioxidant properties that can benefit your immune system), and mint. “Mint is really calming to the stomach, and it’s anti-inflammatory,” says Farkas. “It also protects against harmful bacteria and gives you fresh breath.”

Here’s how to make this delicious hydration-boosting blackberry iced tea for yourself.
